PHASE 4: WORKING DRAWINGS
Our Process: Phase Four
Now that the preliminary design is completed, it is time for the working drawing phase to commence - This is really one for the designer/ drafter - this phase is to finalize all notes, labels and details required on the plans for building permits.
We strive to create plans that are easy to follow and be the guide for all trades to build off of.
We take pride in our plans and as they are proven to be top quality and drafted using top industry software, including AutoCAD Architecture, Chief Architect and Lumion.
Once this phase is completed , final invoices will be sent and plans will be emailed in PDF format to our clients.
