phase 2: concept design
Our Process: Phase Two
Beginning Phase 2, your designer will review all the information from Phase 1, review all notes and all sketch ideas in order to begin the concept design. As we strive to provide regular updates to our clients in order to achieve the house of their dreams, within phase two continual reviews and approvals from clients are required to allow the design to progress.
The conceptual design is usually where all the levels of the building are designed, one floor at a time. Once the initial design is completed, the concept draft will be forwarded to the client for further review until all changes are completed.
Once we receive the go ahead from our clients, we can begin the next phase in our process!
